Named the “best keyboardist of all time” by MusicRadar Magazine, Jordan is internationally recognized for his work with the Grammy-winning, platinum-selling band Dream Theater, as well as the progressive supergroup Liquid Tension Experiment. His extensive musical career includes a rich body of solo work and collaborations with legendary artists such as David Bowie, Deep Purple, and Steven Wilson.
A passionate innovator, Jordan is the founder of Wizdom Music, the creator of acclaimed music apps like MorphWiz, SampleWiz, and GeoShred. He is also the author of Total Keyboard Wizardry, a widely respected guide to keyboard technique and improvisation.
Deeply engaged in the future of music technology, Jordan currently serves as a Visiting Artist at the MIT Media Lab, where he collaborates on cutting-edge research into AI-driven, real-time musical performance. He is also actively involved in shaping emerging creative tools, including contributing to the development and artistic direction of AI music platforms.
We’re thrilled to welcome Jordan to the AI Song Contest 2025 jury, where his visionary perspective — combining world-class musicianship, a deep curiosity for innovation, and a commitment to creative integrity — will be an invaluable part of this year’s celebration of ethically driven AI in music.
LJ Rich
World-renowned AI artist and international broadcaster LJ Rich is considered a thought leader on how music and AI are evolving. She was among the first to create intelligible music with GenAI - making the Beatles sing Call Me Maybe, reverse-engineering Queen songs and giving Beethoven a heavy metal makeover years before most people were on first-name terms with ChatGPT.
With perfect pitch, a degree in Music, and an ear for improvisation, LJ’s thorough knowledge of how both human and AI music comes in handy during her lively and inspiring keynote performances, where she wields a piano, catchy songs and the history of music all in the name of explaining how GenAI works so everyone can stay ahead of technology trends.
LJ’s gained even more notoriety since first presenting on the BBC Click technology show, and enjoys hosting and curating high-level events like the United Nations AI for Good Global Summit. Her favourite composing inspirations are numerous, and include hot water, delicious cuisines and roller coasters (though not usually simultaneously)
